Arlington, Massachusetts - Though many companies have had very successful agile projects, they struggle to move agility to the next level -- to integrate it into their enterprise's DNA. Identifying leaders who can successfully manage and lead agile initiatives has also been problematic, making agile integration more difficult at both the project and enterprise level.
Cutter Consortium's Agile Management Day, to be held on Sunday, 29 April in Cambridge, Massachusetts is a full day of hands-on workshops, where attendees will learn to identify and cultivate the behaviors needed in successful agile managers, and take the first steps toward integrating agile throughout their enterprise.
Agile pioneer and Cutter Consortium Agile Project Management Practice
Director Jim Highsmith will facilitate the half-day session "Creating an
Agile Enterprise"; Cutter Senior Consultant David Spann will lead the
"Looking For and Developing Agile Management Behaviors" session. Both of
these hands-on workshops offer attendees the opportunity to collaborate on
challenges and solutions with an intimate group of high-level peers
throughout the sessions and at breaks.
