The ITIL framework presents a strong baseline to guide enterprises in their efforts to build a secure and compliant network from the inside out. Mr. Gerchow will discuss methods to overcome the challenges that organizations face when deploying ITIL, and outline best practices for a rapid, cost effective deployment strategy that merges business processes with IT applications. The session will concentrate primarily on change management, configuration management and problem management.
