The ITIL framework presents a strong baseline to guide enterprises in their efforts to build a secure and compliant network from the inside out. Through ITIL adoption enterprises are able to deliver repeatable and sustainable processes that help secure a network from internal and external threats and drive down the total costs associated with security and compliance initiatives.

Mr. Gerchow will discuss methods to overcome the challenges that organizations face when deploying ITIL, and outline best practices for a rapid, cost effective deployment strategy that merges business processes with IT applications.
