SANTA CLARA, CA - March 13, 2007 -- Cenzic Inc., the leading provider of application security assessment and risk management solutions, and Borland Software Corporation (NASDAQ: BORL), the global leader in Open application lifecycle management (ALM), today announced the companies will host a web seminar, entitled "Continuous Quality, Continuous Security" on Thursday, March 15.

The live audio webcast will educate information security managers as well as executives, security architects, Q.A. professionals, developers and business owners on how companies can proactively address security vulnerabilities early in the software development lifecycle to safeguard applications against expensive rework and future break-ins. In addition, attendees will learn how the Borland® Gauntlet™ and Cenzic Hailstorm® products work together to help ensure continuous application quality and security.
