listentothepodcastTo say that Agile development is gaining steam is fairly an understatement. It's probably more appropriate at this point to say that Agile has become mainstream as it is becoming more widely adopted by enterprises and larger development organizations. One of the remaining challenges however to agile development in large organizations  is scalability.  As development teams become larger and more widely dispersed, the implications of complexity become much more significant.

In a podcast interview with Patrick Egan, Publisher of the Agile Journal, Scott Ambler, Agile Development Practice Leader for IBM Rational Services and Cheri Bergeron, Marketing Program Director at IBM Rational during discussion the implications of this complexity and about the leadership that IBM is providing to its customers who are trying to adopt a more agile approach.
