apr-09-featurebigWe are leaving the "last responsible moment" for a while. This month we start a discussion of Feature Injection, an analysis process based on real options and Kolb's circle of learning. The first episode ( of five ) introduces the "Information Arrival Processes". Drawing this was a really interesting experience. The process of drawing this as a comic strip helped me visualise something I've failed to explain in words. See if you can guess what it is. Finally, I'd like to dedicate this episode to Robbie Burns, Scotland's most famous poet and an early commentator on project management. "The best laid schemes o' Mice an' Men....."
