I'm so pleased with how popular my presentation about '10 key principles of agile software development' has been. I've received such a lot of positive feedback in my inbox - it's great to know it's been of use and that so many people have found it helpful. I've also received several queries about training materials. Apart... I'm so pleased with how popular my presentation about '10 key principles of agile software development' has been. I've received such a lot of positive feedback in my inbox - it's great to know it's been of use and that so many people have found it helpful. I've also received several queries about training materials. Apart from the information on my blog, I don't really have anything like this you can download at the moment. In response to these requests, and because I realise that blog format isn't ideal for sharing more widely with teams and other stakeholders, I'm going to produce another PowerPoint presentation and maybe an eBook following the series I'm writing now, 'How to implement Scrum in 10 easy steps'. I'm hoping this will help thousands of people starting out with Scrum to learn the key steps needed to implement it, to share the key aspects of Scrum with others, and to aid the adoption of Scrum in their organisations.
