Management On-Demand application on April 14^th, 2010. David Mansilla, CEO and founder of IS Untangle formerly worked for a complex chemical process plant as an IT manager. His team was dispersed in five provinces across Canada and he found it increasingly difficult to manage them with the IT software he was using.

Due to this struggle, David searched for a software solution to help him better manage his IT & Development teams. He was unable to find any programs that combined what he needed all in one system.
