About me
Arturo Mora-Soto is Assistant Professor at the Computer Science Department of Carlos III University of Madrid. His research involves collaborative learning, Web technologies (specially Web 2.0), knowledge management (use, reuse, assessment & capitalization), data analysis, and process improvement, specially applying Six Sigma in the software engineering realm. He has been working as software engineer as well as university teacher in Mexico since 2002.

He holds a BSc in Computer Science from Celaya Institute of Technology (Mexico), a Master's degree in e-Commerce as well as a Master's degree in Computer Science and Technology from Carlos III University of Madrid.
