This is a very good idea. It is very similar to Ron Jeffries' article on running tested features (RTF) but in a normalized format. The question that immediately comes to mind is which is more useful? A feature or a story? Can Ron's metric be normalized, and if so what advantage/disadvantage can there be to this?
