I am in charge of product design and the Product owner in our SCRUM activities. I have been working with a few key team memebers to implement agile process for our software development (we are using SCRUM). We have been trying very hard to find one or two new developers to join our team and help not only with coding, but with getting the other team members comfortable and using agile. Is there a good place to go or to put or job posting that might help us find candidates that have experience with agile development? (FYI - The company has always had a no recruiter policy)
