Recently Symphony Services worked with Primavera, one of the leaders in the Agile movement, to take the benefits of Agile one step further by adopting the approach for a multi-shore environment.  Symphony and Primavera were able to jointly develop a comprehensive set of metrics to track offshore team quality, productivity and on-time delivery. During this 3 year project they were able to translate Proven Benefits of Agile Development to a Global Environment.
