We've been using Mingle 1.1 and now 2.0. Certainly the most helpful and valuable of all agile PM tools I've used (I wrote a simple comparison summary on my blog - http://scottdunn.blogspot.com). The customers like it so much that we bought licenses for them to manage their requirements gathering tasks. The status graphs are very valuable, as well. Nicely done, ThoughtWorks!
