Sue describes the tremendous growth in the adoption of agile practices at IBM over the past 2 years as her group went from 5 projects leveraging agile to over 200 today.  During the conversation Sue McKinney also shares some best practices on getting management involved in the adoption process and how to ensure a successful rollout of agile methods in a large distributed development organization.
