Skip Angel is a Principal Agile Coach for BigVisible Solutions.  He is a Certified Scrum Coach and has been coaching teams since 2005.  As a former developer that went into technical management roles including CTO, he has seen firsthand the perspectives of both roles and what they need from each other.  His passion is how to help organizations reduce pain in their software development lifecycle and find ways for teams to enjoy their jobs and develop innovative solutions. He lives in the Seattle, WA area with his wife, son, dog, 2 fish and a variety of wild animals that visit his backyard.
