Agile 2008- The Pace of Agile Adoption in the Enterprise

ckarpovich » 4pm - September 2, 2008
At Agile 2008 in Toronto Canada we learned that the pace of Agile Adoption has really picked up and that we are passed the lessons learned stage. We are starting to hear some real success stories. We interviewed conference attendees, agile thought leaders and Agile Alliance board members to learn what is behind the current pace of agile adoption. During the show we talked with people like Robert, “Uncle Bob” Martin, Rachel Davies and Amr Elssamadisy about the changing face of agile as more enterprise organizations embrace agile practices. We also talked about the role of management providing leadership throughout the agile transformation with Matthew Edwards, and, Bob Payne. Finally, we wrapped up the show discussing the future of agile with David Anderson, Erik Lundh and Mary and Tom Poppendieck. Watch this video and hear what you missed or relive the action at Agile 2008. TRT: 16:42
