These votes can be used to form a feature set as well as provide revenue and cost estimates. This functionality allows teams to provide feedback on the development roadmap. Integration with Word and Office presents new ways to harvest and collect requirements and customer requests. Through this integration, sets of knowledge, specifications, or requirements can easily be imported into the tool. Items can be published into the system from a word document.
