tinyPM – Agile Management Has Never Been Easier

Agilers

tinyPM is a web-based agile collaboration tool best suited for organizations running many projects with multiple distributed teams. Although it's already a mature solution it evolves rapidly (new versions released every 1-2 months) and still keeps its easy to use interface and structure.

tinyPM provides all the standard functionality you may expect from an agile tool (backlog and customizable task board with drag and drop support, burndown charts, estimations in story points, etc.), but it also add some unique features like project budget tracking or integrated 5-in-1 wiki. tinyPM has been already translated into 16 languages with a great support from community users.

Product Development
tinyPM supports agile product development life cycle starting from raw concepts and ideas that land in a sandbox, through prioritized backlog with user stories, task board used daily by development teams and ending in the acceptance area. All that supported with a very intuitive time tracking functionality makes it perfect for working in the distributed or dispersed environments.

User Stories Made Easy
User story cards in tinyPM are something more than just index cards on your agile wall. This means that you can of course write on them, tear them down, move around on your virtual taskboard.

But you can also add tasks for them, move those tasks from one story to another, upgrade them to stories (no need to rewrite). You can split the story cards easily and decide which tasks stay and which ones go (again no rewrites). All that powered with comments, tagging, file attachments, e-mail notifications. It's all versioned so that you never lose any valuable information.

5-in-1 Wiki
tinyPM contains a wiki space for sharing project knowledge. Also all story and task descriptions support wiki syntax. But there is more. You don't need to learn any new fancy syntax as tinyPM supports 5 most popular ones: MediaWiki (Wikipedia), Trac, Confluence, DokuWiki and Textile.

Integrations
tinyPM gets data from bug trackers, mail and more, so you can have all the information you need in one place through integrations with Git, Mercurial, SVN, Bitbucket, Github, JIRA, UserVoice, POP3, RSS/Atom.

Extendability and Reporting
tinyPM contains project dashboards providing most valuable information that can be used as infromation radiators in your agile environments. Data can be also exported in XML or CSV formats to allow more detailed reporting. If it's may still be not enough, then a very rich REST API may come handy. It may also provide a way for automating and interacting with tinyPM from the external systems.
