This webcast will feature a lively, interactive panel discussion of the trials and tribulations and risks and rewards of agile techniques and tools in the software build-test-deploy process.  Topics will include:

  • When is Continuous Integration not a good idea?
  • Open source versus commercial tools - when, why and how?
  • What does the future hold for Continuous Integration?
  • When is it time to move away from a homegrown build and test system and how do you get from here to there?
  • To centralize or not to centralize – supporting multiple sites and teams

The discussion will be lead by Bob Aiello, editor of CM Crossroads and process improvement guru; Paul Julius, co-author of Cruise Control and founder of Willowbark consulting; and Anders Wallgren, Chief Technical Officer of Electric Cloud.
